Terms of service
This wording is still being finalized ahead of launch. What follows describes how DraftCast actually works today; the final terms may change before we take payment.
DraftCast produces a broadcast of your fantasy football draft from your league's own draft feed. By booking a draft night, you agree to let us read your league's public draft data for the duration of the broadcast.
What we store
The event stream from your draft, your league record, and basic Google account profile information for the commissioner who signs in (name, email, profile picture).
What we do not do
We do not scrape data beyond what your connected platform already exposes through its own APIs, and we do not run third-party advertising anywhere in the product or on this site.
The broadcast
The broadcast is produced from your league's draft data for your league's use. A post-draft recap video is not part of the service today; it is in production and is not sold or promised here. Availability of specific platforms is stated on the FAQ — Sleeper today; ESPN and Yahoo are not yet supported and are sold as a waitlist, not a promise.
Commentary & voice
The broadcast's commentary is AI-generated and read aloud by licensed synthetic voices. No real broadcaster's voice or likeness is imitated by any voice used in this product, and we do not clone the voice of any real person. DraftCast is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the National Football League or any of its teams.
Data sources & credits
Real player, game, and team statistics behind DraftCast's projections and on-air graphics include material from the nflverse project (nflverse-data, by its contributors), used under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International license (CC BY 4.0 — see creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0 for the license text). We have not modified that underlying data beyond what our own analytics compute from it.
Average draft position (ADP) figures draw on data from FantasyFootballCalculator.com.
